		Out of the 45 or so graduation parties most kids/parents attended this year, the kids and parents voted ours the best food! Everything, with the exception of the weather, was outstanding! We received so many compliments on the amazing food. I also want to give Nick credit for making sure things ran so smoothly. He did a great job and was very professional and pleasant. My neighbor stopped by the day after to tell me how good everything was and specifically mentioned Nick. Getting an unsolicited compliment like that shows he went above and beyond and we really appreciated that. It got a little hectic at the end when I was trying to get all the crockpots and warmers ready for the leftovers, and he was patient and polite while all that was going on. We could not have asked for things to go any better. The food was outstanding and the service as well. Thanks so much for all your help and work getting things organized in the days before the party and that day. It was a relief to know that things were taken care of and in good hands. In the scheme of life, I suppose a graduation party isn’t really a huge deal, but to our son it was. Thank you for the great memories we have from it. On the morning of the right day, the person who made the scheduling error came to my office in a panic. She said, “I am going to pass out. I scheduled This Little Piggy for tomorrow instead of today.” I thought we were doomed. I called all of the numbers on your website and got in touch with an angel named Seth. He said, “Don’t worry about it. We can get it done for today.” I wanted to reach through the phone and kiss him. In this day and age, you don’t find customer service like This Little Piggy Catering’s very often. In such a me, me, me society, I was absolutely blown away by their kindness. With the different diet requirements they were flexible to accomodate the different diet/meal requests. The catering staff was very flexible in accomodating last minute changes in the set up. For the number of guests and limited venue space This Little Piggy Catering utilized the space for the maximum benefit without compromising their presentation of the food. Staff is very accomodating. But it was very tender and delicious. This would also include the menu that we selected especially the baked beans. Everything was great. I will be using this company again. They have great menu choices - and will accommodate for special menu requests (vegetarian, etc.) They also make my job a whole lot easier by setting up, cooking and taking down! All sorts of guests got too involved and were telling him how to cut up the meat and present it and which pieces to save, etc. He rolled with it and didn't get upset about all the backseat cooks. He handled it well! Everyone loved the meat. The two pasta salads were a hit, too. This Little Piggy Catering might seem a bit spendy, but the service and food are totally worth it. It was great that you were open to ALL of our special requests. I will say I was glad we requested that peppers (or vegetables of color) be added to the appetizer skewers. The amazing customer service and flexibility was what really made the experience incredible.
